How to Request Deletion
Via Mobile Application
Open the app, go to Settings, and select "Account Details". Look for the "Delete Account" option at the bottom.
Via Email Request
Send an email to our support team with your registered email address requesting account closure.

When you delete your account, the following actions are taken regarding your data:
Personal Profile
Your name, email, and authentication data are permanently erased from our servers.
Consultancy Records
All student documents and transaction logs associated with your organization are removed.
Compliance Data
We may retain some records (like payment invoices) for legal and tax compliance reasons for a specific period.
Data Safety & Privacy
For Google Play and App Store compliance, we provide this public URL to ensure all users can exercise their right to data deletion, even if they have uninstalled the application.
